    Since you've never been-I would share a number of things that hit you on the menu. Ceviche, Panuchos, Motulenos would be good bets. I haven't been for awhile, so others will know about the quality or appeal of some of the newer dishes. The eggs "Bajio" style used to be(still is?) chef John Hogan's favorite if that means anything to you.
    I love animals...they're delicious!
