Some people have recommended that I eat in Chinatown to get good food on a budget in Chicago; however, I do not know of any specific Chinatown restaurants to try. What's the best place to eat there? Also, I don't really eat seafood so please recommend places which have chicken, pork, or beef dishes on the menu. Also, I'd like to eat Italian food (other than pizza) one evening while in Chicago. Can anybody recommend an Italian place in or near the Loop that's relatively inexpensive (entrees under $20)? Thanks!

The most obvious off-the-top-of-my-head reply would be Little Three Happiness in Chinatown, and at first when I read the subject-it seemed to me that you were seeking Italian in Chinatown-which would be Bertucci's at 300 W. 24th St. At any rate it fits your needs.
Other places in Chinatown might be Lao Szech Chuan, Spring World, Ken Kee, Phoenix(for dim sum), K's Seafood(lots of non-seafood items).
    Just search "Chinatown".
    I love animals...they're delicious!

Or check out the Great Neighborhood Restaurant list.
