Pommes Souffle?

The Ambria thread (http://lthforum.com/bb/viewtopic.php?t=13982) got me thinking about Pommes Souffle. When I was young and living near DC, we'd go to the Jockey Club at the Ritz with my aunt, who introduced me to these amazing potato treats. Where else can I find them in Chicago?
