Tomorrow my girlfriend and I will be attending a concert at Millenium Park. Is there a place (in/around Lincoln Square preferably) that has fresh carry out of sushi? We aren't looking for a big quantity.

I have seen sushi at the bigger Jewel Food Stores and Dominick's fresh stores but I have never tried those. I was thinking of visiting Whole Foods to see what they have but I am open to options.

    Thanks!!

BTW-Accidentally stumbled on a mexican place called Zapatista at 13th & Wabash last night after Summerdance. Appetizers and sangria were great!!
Pops - You are deeply missed. There are many baskets of tortillas yet to share. I hope they have good menudo and carnitas in heaven!

I don't know about Lincoln Square, but Tokyo Lunch Box (which I know from H-Mart) has takeout sushi in the loop. I've only eaten at the H-Mart location, which was fine for takeout sushi.

Avoid, at all costs, sushi from Jewel

Why not take out from a sushi joint? Grocery store sushi is plain out wrong. I used to order carry out shi from San Soo Gab San when I was living up there. (It's been five years or so.) Not sure if they still have it or not, but I was always pleased with it.

Oysy is right there on Michigan next to the park, maybe give them a call and order some takeout and have it ready by the time you get there?
