Post #1 - October 19th, 2007, 9:26 pmIn a recent episode of Throwdown, Bobby Flay took on a woman whose specialty was the "puffy taco." It differs from a regular taco in that the corn tortilla is deep fried and puffs up. The toppings seem the regular taco fixins and are put on top. The woman has a restaurant in San Antonio and I guess the puffy taco is a kind of specialty in that area. Does anyone know of any Chicago taquerias that make the puffy taco?Rens
