I eat out with my kids about once a week or so. They are still young, so they aren't too expensive. However, we love to save money where we can. We enjoy going to RAM on Sunday nights for free kid's meals and Magic Mike. (Wheeling location) He does magic tricks and makes amazing balloon animals. I know that IHOP has free kid's meals on Tuesdays. Any other restaurants out there that you know of that has a "Kids eat Free" night?

    Hi,

Edwardo's in Northbrook had a nice family package deal of two pizzas and a pitcher of pop for a very reasonable price. I know Sunday was one night, though I cannot recall the other. You may want to check if the Edwardo's near you, Dundee and Milwaukee Ave maybe, still has this program.

    Regards,

At Sage Grille in Highwood kids eat free Sunday to Thursday. Nice size kids menu. It's a bit pricier than IHOP and Edwardo's but if the parents are looking for some fine dining you really can't beat it.

It used to be that Tuesday was "Family night" at Edwardo's, not sure what it is now. You can get a pitcher of beer or soda, whatever you prefer. And you don't have to be a family to get it. Just order the family special.
