Going to Tallgrass tonight... any suggestions?

We're going to Tallgrass in Lockport tonight to celebrate an anniversary. Haven't been there since our daughter got married, quite a few years ago, though that meal is still vivid in our memories.

Any specific suggestions for dishes or themes?
