Just ate a small fast bite at TACQuick and it was pretty impressive. There were definitely dishes (on the "special Thai" menu) that you don't find elsewhere. But the presentation and careful fresh preparation lifted all the dishes out of the ordinary. Can't wait to go back and try more things. We had the pork balls appetizer which came with fresh rice paper circles, a heap of fresh greens (basil, mint, Vietnamese cilantro, lettuce), chopped cucumber, chopped green apple, and chopped plantain (with the skin on), thai chilis, and a hoisin and peanut type sauce. The pork balls were grilled to perfection, juicy and bursting with flavor. The fried tofu, (banal I know) but were greaseless, puffy, and crisp. The sour curry and omelet with leaf was tart and savory.
