I went there maybe a year ago and was unimpressed. It's billed as a mix of Chinese and Italian cuisines (because, you know, they both use noodles) but we found it second rate Italian and second rate Chinese. It was a while ago, but I do recall a kind of soggy brick oven pizza and maybe some wantons in duck sauce. There are many better Italian restaurants within walking distance (Spiaggia Cafe, Merlo on Maple).
Not sure why you are asking, but for a more memorable meal in that same area I would choose Le Colonial. Overpriced? Maybe, but I've always found it very good, and the decor is almost worth the price of the meal.
