    Hi Everyone,

I know this is a possibly impossible task, but I am trying to put together a small catered Indonesian meal for my boyfriend's upcoming 50th birthday. This would be a great treat and surprise for him.

I tried calling one of the caterers referenced in an earlier post and have had no reply (I think they catered the Indonesian meal that was an LTH event but not sure).

I will try again, but, does anyone have a suggestion for how I might make this happen?

I am carless and we won't be able to go to Madison.

    Thanks!

Madison is the only place that we know that serves Indonesian-Call up the Banana Leaf and ask them if they know of a cook in Chicagoland that can do it. They may have an extended family here

    Hi,

Call the Indonesian Consulate in Chicago. I met them at an event for Tsunami relief a few years ago. They are definitely in-the-know on resources for this cuisine.
