Post #1 - July 11th, 2008, 12:20 pmAfter many positive posts for Milan, I decided to make the drive today. What a find! The woman that owns it was working today, and believe me, she is unbelievable! She has a great passion for her restaurant and hookah bar next door that they also own.I went in search of my new obsession, Bhel Puri. She struck up a conversation with me about different Indian snacks, and made me a sampler plate of different items from the menu. while excitedly explaining that she was going to give me samples of things that are even better than Bhel Puri. Outstanding food! The plate consisted of Papdi Chat (chips with chickpeas, potatoes, onion, and sauce) and my new favorite Dahi Puri (little puffed puri filled with potatoes, onions, sauces and yogurt). I absolutely can't wait to go again and again! Thanks to those previous posts that got me there!SAVING ONE DOG MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD, BUT IT CHANGES THE WORLD FOR THAT ONE DOG.
