I think it was on Grand Ave., Chicago, for many years, but part of my recollection of eating there in early '71 (!) is that at the time it was somewhere in the vacinity of Central and Belmont.
Anyone have info. on this place's history? They served dishes like Fish & Chips, Fried Chicken, and perhaps more provincial fare. Also featured live music.

This post makes reference to a similarly/same named restaurant that used to be on Grand. Doesn't appear to be there anymore but the current iteration is quite nice and in my neighborhood - though please don't let that deter you. :)
Objects in mirror appear to be losing.

It opened as Atlantic Fish and Chips Shop at 5614 W Chicago in the mid 1960s. In 1970 Atlantic Restaurant moved to larger quarters at 7115 W Grand where it remained until owner Emyr Morris (a North Wales native) and his wife retired in 1993.

Atlantic's original location, 5614 W Chicago, is the current location of Happy Dog Avenue. Instead of Emyr Morris' pasties you can now get Yoland Cannon's Delta tamales.
