Thanks for all the great tips! I'm hoping the weather will be nice so I can walk off those hot dogs and pizza!

    As for the Portland rec's.

I love le Pigeon so glad you're going there. Park Kitchen is a place I haven't been to in ages and gets mixed reviews on a lot of local blogs, but if you really love it then go with it. Of your choices below, I'd say that I'd take Beast assuming that you eat everything. There are no substitutions at all, ever, and no choices on her menu but everything I've had there was fantastic.
You might consider Castagna, the restaurant not cafe, if you're in town on a Thursday. They've been doing these regionally specific 4 course meals with wine pairings for $45 a person and the food is consistantly outstanding.
I'd have to say no to Navarre as well. No to Farm cafe. Ten 01 has a new chef and VERY mixed reviews right now so maybe save that for another visit.
Clyde Common is so very Portland and has the best cocktails in town right now. Even if you don't eat there, get a drink at the bar and people watch.

    Have fun!
