    Props to Mike Sula for this line about Morgan Harbor Grill on Devon from his review in this week's Reader Recent Openings:

    "The lights are turned down low on a minimally spiffed-up dining room that for some unfortunate reason carries a ghostly, stale whiff of eau de bubbe."

    I believe he's talking about Avon Honeysuckle. Anyway, I think it's a gas to have a chef of Erik's caliber taking over a Devon kosher joint, but I think I'll hold off a few weeks until the space airs out.

    I live a stone's throw from there, but I haven't had the nerve to try it out yet. Thanks for the info. Knowing that a veteran chef is manning the kitchen definitely makes me want to give it a try. You know they should have the freshest product on hand. Plus I now have an inkling of what to and what to not order.
