this other thread the Fluky's in Nordstrom's food court closed in 2006. There is only a single Fluky's left—
inside the Wal-Mart in Niles. Unfortunately, the quality of their hot dogs has declined dramatically. In my mind, Fluky's has ceased to exist.
Thanks for the thread link. One thing I really love about this site are all the forgotten details that get filled in from my food experiences as a kid (my memory = done broke). There's lots of places on the north side I just plain forgot until I read someone on this board reminiscing about it. Pretty cool.
Not cool, however, is the undeserving fate of the last Fluky's outpost to be purgatoried in a damn-ass suburban Walmart. That steams me, big time.
I hate kettle cooked chips. It takes too much effort to crunch through them.
