Happy new year all!
The last of our vacation time and want to dine at chinatown.My brother gave us a nice special bottle of wine for christmas.We usually end up at LTH which has always been excellent and its hard to stear away!We want to try somewhere else....been to spring world,and lao schwan too.Any suggestions as well as special dishes would be appriciated.Hole in the walls are fine too!Thanks!

Double Li is BYOB with no corkage fee. It's my favorite Chinese place in Chicagoland. And, judging from its discussion here on LTH, a lot of other people here like it too! In addition to the dishes discussed in that topic, Ben Li, the owner, will be happy to recommend dishes according to your taste.

I should have added that my hubby likes lots of vedgetables with meat....especially cantonese style noodles.Thanks
