Post #1 - April 7th, 2010, 10:22 amThese are an appetizer that are like chicken wings, but made from pork shanks. They used to be on the menu at the Urban Grille in Geneva, but have disappeared. Has anyone seen them in a restaurant, preferably in the burbs?SAVING ONE DOG MAY NOT CHANGE THE WORLD, BUT IT CHANGES THE WORLD FOR THAT ONE DOG.

Six skinless, bone-in braised pork shanks served with a side of horseradish sauce, or try them brushed with BBQ sauce and finished in the broiler.
Never tried them, but I've seen them on the menu before and was intrigued.
