Didn't know about this, but sure, why not? I'm heading to Michigan for the weekend, so maybe I'll stop at Miner-Dunn or Schoop's.

Perfect! I just got home from Paradise Pup with an extra cheddar burger for the fridge.

Headed to DMK tonight -- never been, looking forward to it.

I had lunch at Schoop's yesterday. Does that count?

Yep - had the Western burger from Pinky's in the Thompson Center for lunch.
Not bad either, 1/4 lb burger with cheddar cheese, bacon, grilled onions and barbecue sauce with fries and a drink for $5.50

I enjoyed a double cheeseburger for lunch today at The Spot Drive-In in Kenosha. I haven't been to The Spot for years. Somehow, a higher authority led to me there today and now it all makes sense.

I made it in under the wire with a Poochie's cheeseburger for dinner last night. I also tried their new sweet potato fries, which were very good. They were as crispy as their regular fries. There was no limpness, which seems to often plague sweet potato fries served elsewhere.

The sweet potato fries at DMK were also very good, crisp, firm, and slightly caramelized on the outside. I preferred The Wife's lamb burger to my #1 -- more texture, more interesting flavors. Should have had the sauce on the side -- it kind of overwhelmed.
