Normally I do not eat at food courts but whenever I am near Yorktown mall or Stratford mall, I stop in for some Sarku. I love the sauce they use. I checked their website and they are calling it "Teriyaki" but it is unlike any I've ever had. I just want to know what is in it that makes it so good. I think I am hooked....

Another board covered Sarku's teriyaki in detail:

I didn't think that recipe would be so time consuming to make. I'll have to go back there to give that chicken another shot, but for 4.99 + .99 cents for extra meat, it might be more worthwhile just to buy it from the food court each time you have a craving rather than try and make it from scratch.

I'd love it if that post was a total put-on. Like a 4000-word post explaining how you make the special sauce for Big Macs ("You think you can just use 1000 Island, but what you don't realize is that without having grown up on an island, you'll never have the expertise with tropical fruits...")

I was reminded of this (although it's quite serious): Perfecting McDonald's Fries
