Office Christmas Party Ideas?

Happily, this year the senior secretary in my office who usually plans our Christmas party seems open to suggestions, at least from me. In the past, we've done Salvatore's, and last year we went to Marche (which is now closed, and I wasn't so impressed with them anyhow - mediocre food, and they didn't even have enough tables set up for everyone, although we had actually ended up with a smaller headcount than predicted).

Ideas? Criteria are: must have space for ~ 120 people, preferably with some sort of space separate from the main dining room, centrally located (the office is in the Loop, and we've done it as far north as Lincoln Park), and cuisine must be something with fairly wide appeal. Our usual party planner says the management generally hasn't been super-concerned with cost, but I don't think they'll want to spend $150/person, either.
