Went to Bin for Tuesday $5 burger night tonight. It's my second time, and the burgers have been excellent both times (even though I've found the rest of their menu to be hit-or-miss). Their burgers do seem to have a unique texture, but I think it might be because they grind their own beef? Anyway, the burgers are incredibly juicy. Cheese was an extra $2, but I ordered the bleu cheese and it's clearly cut from a hunk of really nice bleu and not just run-of-the-mill crumbles. With a glass of wine, it turned out to be a really nice meal!

Wow...that too bad! Like I said, I've found the rest of their menu to be inconsistent. I guess we can add the burgers to that list. My burger was ordered medium. I guess I could say that it was maybe a little bit more toward medium rare than medium, but it didn't bother me. I did not have the french fries, so I can't speak to that.
