Brisket's a tough request in Chicago (and any number of other places even those well known for great BBQ).

Post #4 - March 18th, 2005, 7:50 pmman... my friend Pat in Shorewood Wisconsin makes some mean smoked chicken thighs... we sat around for 3 hours waiting and they were so good we actually put a second round on and sat 3 hours more.
All the beer helped.
