My brother and I stopped in to this Dunning neighborhood bar to try a pizza (pronounced like Bee-Gees), but only after having beef sandwiches at Mr. Beef and Pizza which has become one of the best beefs in the city for us. At Bije's we split a half cheese, half sausage (well done) pizza. It looked like a classic Chicago tavern pizza. The crust was crispy throughout every piece and had a nice char on the bottom of the pizza. The sausage was great, cheese was nice and oily. Only complaint was the crust was a little thick for this style of pizza (though many people will find it to be just fine). I'd like to try it extra thin and see how it is. Overall, a soild neighborhood pizza.
