[REQ] Jive Turkey

Just saw an episode of Diners Drive-ins and Dives that featured a waffle place in Syracuse New York called Funk n Waffles. One of the dishes they featured on the show was called Jive Turkey. They took turkey stuffing mixture and made a waffle out of it. Then on top they put smoked turkey and mashed potato all covered in turkey gravy. This looked really great.

So, anyone know of anywhere in Chicago that servers something like this?
