Fish n' Chips @ Joe's Fisheries

I am hoping that someone can help me. Does anyone remember Joe's Fisheries that use to be on Cortland and the River? I know that they are long gone but they use to serve the (in my opinion) the best fish n' chips (more like a fish balls) by the pound. Since they have closed I have been unable to find a place that sells that type of fish n' chip. Does anyone know of the place that sells something similar to that type of fish n'chip or does anyone know they type of fish that is was?
