Anyone serve this Utica, NY speciality in Chicago. I know that it is a long shot but it doesn't hurt to ask. I had me first plate of it while visiting the diamond mines in Herkimer and quite honestly it is the best thing that I have eaten all year. It's a magical melange of chicken, rigatoni, creamy tomato sauce, peppers and hot Italian mother's love.
