Tropical Time Jerk Chicken and curry goat!

I went to Tropical Time Jerk Chicken last night for the second time and fell in love with the curry goat. David Hammond has mentioned it being his favorite of the dishes he tried there in a post from December, and boy was he right. The goat was moist, tender, and slightly fatty (in a good way, of course) with the taste of marrow, cinnamon, curry spices and a good bit of heat. I had it over rice and beans which soaked up the flavor well. The side of cabbage and sweet potatoes went with it perfectly.

Previously I had tried the oxtail which was also good, but not quite as good. Now I have to actually try the Jerk Chicken, although it may be hard to no get the goat over and over from now on. Definitely worth a try if you are in the area.
