Fabulous Noodles, Lisle

For years this has been one of my favorite Chinese places, but I go long spells without it. The last post I found was Dicksond saying it was a "little faded."
We stopped by after the Arboritum (didn't feel like going back to LSH in Downers Grove-our current fav) for a take-out order.
Helen is gone. New owner. Same basic menu but with some Thai dishes added-No, the new owner is Chinese, but he added some Thai items. They also have congee now too.
Egg rolls were OK-never were particularly good here. Pot stickers were good as always. Both entrees were very good-smelts and soft shell crabs.
New host, Henry, was very cordial and informative, but not Helen!
I am reserving judgement for a few more trips to see if the new FB lives up to all the nice things I used to say about it.
