Post #1 - February 6th, 2017, 11:02 amAnyone aware of a place to get oden? Extra points for city and not NW burbs. I once had a conversation with Mrs. Katsu and she said they used to have it as a Winter special occasionally, but it didn't generate enough interest so they discontinued the practice. I haven't seen it anywhere, but I was thinking that with the ramen boom someplace might have added it seasonally or otherwise.
If not, perhaps I'll open a little odenery - maybe some little nook in the underground or a food mini-van.

Post #4 - February 7th, 2017, 1:52 pmI suppose it is - thanks for the tip, Franks. Kitsune generally excites me and I have been meaning to go, and though the menu looks pretty limited, I am excited to see another okonomiyaki option in town. Mita's is an okay rendition (and certainly better than no rendition at all) but I am eager to try her take.
I'll check through the Yelp more carefully time and patience permitting. Thanks for the look, Leek.
