After being very fond of Miller's in the past, I returned for a couple of lunches in the last year, and was disappointed on both occasions. On one, I had a piece of fish that was overcooked and dry (could only eat a few bites), and on the other, a sliced leg of lamb that was tough and dry. It could be the place isn't as good as it used to be, or it could be that there always have been certain "safe, reliable" things to get there (ribs, bbq chicken, burgers) and much else on the menu is to be avoided. Or I was just unlucky on those visits. I hope the latter, because I want my institutions to go on being institutions.
