Kimchi Pop has been on my list to try for a few months. Finally stopped in last night and really enjoyed our visit. Cute interior. There are maybe about four long communal tables.
Kim, her mother is the owner/chef and her professional musician (cello) brother is also a co-owner, helps out part time, explained what they could make vegan. It is really a family affair. We had a great visit with her when she had some down time before we left. She said her mother is very particular about ingredients.
Kim brought out some hose made kimchi and kimchi cucumbers when we sat down.
We ordered the Café Ramen (stir-fried ramen noodles with tofu), Bim Bi Bop (with tofu), Korean Curry (potatoes, carrot, zucchini, we chose tofu). We really liked everything we tried, but the ramen was our favorite.
Looking forward to returning, and BYO!!! Glad to have another good vegan friendly BYO nearby.
