The Lakefront Restaurant @ The Theater on the Lake

Stopped in to visit and have lunch with my friend, Chef Cleetus Friedman. Has anyone else been by to check this place out? They did a spectacular job rehabbing this space. The view is spectacular--on par with Gibson Italia. I sampled a few bites at lunch and was impressed with Cleetus's food as always. I imagine that when the weather warms up The Lakefront will be a hot spot. FYI there is no self park, but valet is available.

Curious to see if anyone else was as impressed with the space, view and food as I was?

Walked over for lunch and was very impressed with the massive redo. Beautiful space. The BLT was tasty too.

Three of us had brunch there yesterday. Except for the great Bloody Marys, it was quite disappointing. My flavorless breakfast sandwich came with six or seven golf ball sized potatoes without any seasoning. Finally asked for salt and pepper. The other two dishes were no better. The local diner without a famous chef serves better breakfasts.
