Mi Tocaya has nitro horchata, possibly the best version ever.

It's on tap and infused with nitrogen, like Guinness. Unlike carbonation, the nitrogen creates tiny bubbles that creates a very creamy mouth feel. The nitro-infusion thing has gotten so ubiquitous that Starbucks now has it in many locations. As an aside, La Colombe has a nitro oat milk latte that's pretty great.

It was a limited edition but I think since they have all the ingredients most of the time, they could probably make it for you any time. I had it; it was too sweet, as most of the drinks made at Starbucks are.
