While this place is mentioned in some other threads, I think it deserves a thread of it's own. We had a lovely meal there last night. What did I like:
1. Food was excellent. While they have a limited menu, it's clear they put thought into each dish. Our table had lamb with black mole, salmon in a cream sauce and shrimp with borrachos sauce (new to me, and excellent).
2. Service was very laid back and friendly. They were only about 2/3 full on a Friday, and they had no problem letting our group stay about 2 hours to have a good, long, relaxed meal.
3. It's byob, so you save on that score.
4. It's very conversation friendly in terms of noise level. If you need a restaurant where you feel like it's a "happening" place, this is not it.
