    Anyone been to any of Rick Bayless's restauraunts in Chicago? Are they good? Thanks

    I eat often at Bayless's place, and for disclaimer purposes, even helped prep in the kitchen for a while. They do a great job, are very knowledgeable about the food and wine, and have had great meals there.
    Rick is passionate about his places at all levels, from the quality of the food, the smooth, seemless, running of the operation, the aesthetics and great art that he has collected on display, and above all caring deeply about the experience the diners have.

    For more causual and fast paced Frontera Grill is the place. Don't take reservations there for parties less than , I think, 5. For the special, more elegant, quieter experience, I would go with Topolobambo.

    So go for it!!
