Not long ago my buddy showed me this clip from Boondocks on Adult Swim. The clip was about the main character's grandfather starting a sort of lounge/restaurant with beds..? Anyhow, the main dish that all the characters were lining up for was this sort of burger that was, I think, a juicy beef patty with bacon and was sandwiched between two Krispy Kream Donuts. I laughed at the clip and went on home... Then just this morning I pick up a Redeye and find this article on the back page that talks about these guys in Sauget, Ill. (out side of St. Louis) selling the same exact burger ("beef patty, cheddar cheese and two slices of bacon sandwiched between two glazed Krispy Kreme doughnuts"). These guys are calling it '"Baseball's Best Burger"'. Have any of you tried this thing yet..? Any thoughts?

The restaurant was called "The Itis", named for the sort of food coma you got after eating some of Grandpa's food. The beds were there so people could sleep off their comas.

It was a great episode.. really, every episode is great.
