McCormick & Schmicks

Last night I was out on the town, visiting a friend who lives next to the Whitehall Hotel. Molive is closing for renovation and will become an italian restaurant.

We went to her neighborhood cheapies for dinner. The bar menu at McCormick and Schmicks is a fabulous deal. It is served from 3:30pm - 6:pm daily. We arrived at 5:55pm so it could be dinner. All items are $1.95 each.

Half pound USDA PRIME cheeseburger or cajun Burger with fries
Spinach and artichoke dip with garlic crostini
Fresh Roma tomato bruschetta
fried catfish pieces with jalepeno mango chutney
fresh mussels steamed with tomatoes and garlic
two cheese quesadilla with pico de gallo ancho sour cream
buffalo chicken wings with blue cheese and celery
fresh fish taco's with black beans
fresh wild salmon cakes with dill sour cream

Also served Monday - Thursday 10pm - 12am
Friday and saturday - 11pm - 1am
Sunday 9pm - 11pm

Did you eat any of those bar menu items at M & S? There's been a lot of discussion about whether there are any good fish tacos in town and they strike me as a place that might do a fine one.
