I would like to find a restaurant near the Rosemont theater. Price or cuisine are flexible.
    Thanks

For old school Italian, I like Basilico at Lawrence and Cumberland.

There is a new Gianotti's Steakhouse about a quarter mile south of the Theater on River Road. Coworkers say they serve a menu of steaks plus Italian. I haven't eaten there yet.

It's about 10-15 by car, but Wonton Gourment on Elmhurst Rd in Mt. Prospect is really great. Fast, inexpensive, and the soup / noodle dishes are terrific.

Another good place with a well rounded menu and white tablecloth dining is the Rosewood Restaurant.

I'd second the Rosewood. I've always had good luck there.
