Open Late

Last Saturday I was looking for a place to eat after a night out, and I realized that the only places I could think of that were open at 4 AM were diners. I ended up at the White Palace Grill on Roosevelt, but I imagine that there must be many, many more options. Seeing what a good job LTH has done on so many other things (places in Chinatown, burgers, ribs, and of course Taqueries), I though somebody should start a late night thread. I don't necissarily mean places that are open all night (although that is preferable), but anything open until midnight or 1 would be good too. Maybe there already was one, and if I'm retreading old territory, I'm sorry. Either way, I want to see what's out there beyond Weiner Circle and diners, and I look forward to see what the community comes up with. Any help would be greatly appreciated, thank you.
