    How it is conducted varies with every restaurant. Some charge a corkage fee to open your bottle and provide glassware. Others may not charge a corkage fee will still open and provide glassware. I have seen where you bring your own glasses, open it and serve yourself.

    The best may be to call the restaurant to learn their policy in advance to avoid surprises and misunderstandings.
