On the plus side, most of the people eating hot dogs at Mustard's are inebriated enough that they aren't 100% aware that they're even eating. The others were running late for an NU sports game and actually lucked out having enough time to eat one of Mustard's dogs versus what NU sells at their stadiums - trust me on the latter!
