My wife is looking for a place to hold her company sales meeting. Must have a bar and be able to hold at least 100 guests. So far she has the old stand-bys Pappadeaux, Shaw's, and Morton's. I'm sure they're open to almost any cuisine. Any suggestions would be helpful.
    Thanks! :D

Thanks. Sorry i didn't mention they've been to Maggiano's, Pete Miller's, and Wildfire already. That is her whole list. I know Bob Chinn's seats alot, but would they be patient with a large group? The Ram? Any thoughts on this? Thanks!

We've had just horrible service at the Ram with only four in the party. I can't imagine how "dicey" it may be with 100. Also, keep in mind that at Bob Chinn's you're going to be served VERY informally (think paper plates). Buca de Bepo is in the same general area, altho I have never been there. If you come a bit further south, Allgauers is an old standby, and probably could handle 100 with no problem.

I don't know if it's open yet, but the Westin Hotel in Wheeling is going to have four restaurants run by Gale Gand and Rick Tramanto, so I'd imagine their banquet facilities would be nice.

I just remembered -- India House in Schaumburg can handle up to 800 people. (Indian weddings tend to be large.) So they'd be able to handle a mere 100 quite easily, if Indian food is acceptable. (And their food is quite good.)

Thanks for all the ideas. Feel free to make a suggestion any time as my wife's company seems to always be having a sales meeting!
