So I am trying to make a reservation for my birthday dinner and it happens to fall on Monday night. Every restaurant I try to make a reservation for is closed on Mondays, so I am asking for some help. I don't care what type of food just want it to be in the fine dining realm. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

P.S. no I can not just go out on Tuesday instead :)

You could go to Sweets & Savories. On Mondays they have a great special: no corkage fee BYOB and $10 off their tasting menu.

If you birthday happens to be Monday, Nov 27, the Moto website says it will be having regular service on that day. I'm not sure what that means since I don't think Moto usually serves dinner on Mondays, but you might want to check it out:

Le Bouchon is open and has a half price wine special. Although many restaurants are closed, higher end restaurants that are open may offer prix fixe, wine or other specials to entice diners out on a Monday night. I'd suggest doing a search for prix fixe, which might pull up this kind of information. Good luck.

You can also go to the Reader's Restaurant Finder page and do a search of restaurants open on Monday nights. I use it when I have to find a place open Monday, or Saturday lunch, etc.
