I'm going through some pictures this morning, in preperation of finishing up some long promised posts, and I came across this:

    Image

For the life of me, I can't remember where I took this picture. Patty's came to mind, but the table/counter is wrong. This picture was taken on 11/13. Does anyone recognize this burger?

I don't think top notch.. the onions and fries are wrong.

However, I swear I've seen this burger before. There can't be *that* many places serving skin-on fresh cut fries in the city.

It *could* be top notch, I guess, if the fries were ordered extra crisp. They always seem to come out blonder than that, though. And the onions are usually diced rather than sliced before caramelizing..

edit: Beth also thinks it's top notch. I guess that's my guess, too. Especially since it looks like there's a paper cup of mayo in hte background.

No. It's not Top Notch. I haven't been there in at least 6 months and, like I said, the date on the picture is 11/13...plus, the tables at Top Notch are brown.

The last time I went to KHH, neither the burer nor the fries looked quite
that appetizing. (Does everybody actually rate their burger pretty
highly, BTW? Did I just catch them on a very ordinary day?)

The fries look like they *could* be from Weiner and Still Champion - the
skin-on, fresh-cut part at least. I dont know about the counter, though.

The mystery has been solved thanks to a PM from GWiv (who accompanied me that day). The burger is from Feed. I'll add this to the burgers thread.

Feed is great! Man I love that corn pudding! It doesn't hurt that Feed is about a 3 minuet drive from my house but I would certainly go further if I had to.
