Rioja closed - under new ownership

Walked by Rioja in Andersonville last night. The windows had butcher paper over them and the sign on the door said it was permanently closed and under new ownership. Another sign had dates and times listed when employees would be allowed to return and gather personal belongings.

Anyone know what's up? Or what might be going in that space? I only went to Rioja once, but I enjoyed it.
