La Banh Mi Hung Phat

While shopping on Argyle Sunday morning I stopped for a Banh Mi at La Banh Mi Hung Phat, which is connected to Vinh Phat BBQ. La Banh Mi Hung Phat had sandwiches prepared, but I took a page from Zim's play book and asked for a sandwich with extra jalapeno.

The bread was freshly baked, in fact still warm from the oven, and as I waited for my sandwich to be freshly prepared I watched the baker cut expansion lines in a bakers rack of small loaves ready for the oven.

I ate, leaning against my car, people watching and enjoying the morning. A very nice way to start the day and the best Banh Mi I've had the pleasure of eating.
