Post #1 - September 1st, 2004, 11:50 amI need to get an 80th birthday cake and the birthday girl requested a fresh strawberry whip cream cake. I remember seeing a post that Mont Blanc in Arlington Heights does a great one. Can anyone further comment on this cake and bakery? Thank You

The cake is not as sweet as European versions, so it is really light. They have these big strawberries on top with the whipped cream.. hmmm... They are about $20-30 for a cake that feeds 6-8, I think. You might want to call and check.
