New Latin place on Irving @ Kedzie?

I live in the area but have been out-of-town working so everytime I think about stopping in, the place is closed. The bright orange sign boasts "LATIN CATERING" and restaurant but, sadly, no menu in the window so I'm wondering if anyone's tried it or has the scoop.

I did stop in but only picked up a menu on my way home one evening. Decided I wasn't in the mood to take a chance finding only the owners there at around 7pm. IIRC it was a small menu with a few mexican entrees and burritos / tacos.

Noticed this week that the place was already closed and a for rent sign in the window.....
