India Palace, Geneva Rd. in Wheaton?

Has anyone eaten here? I was looking for an Indian restaurant to meet a friend from West Chicago at for lunch this week.

I'd also be interested in recommendations for West Chicago in general. We tried Byby's on recommendation from this board and it was great.

I've eaten there twice for the lunch buffet. Perfectly servicable Indian food with the buffet standard of tandoori chicken and naan delivered with your meal. Nothing stands out in my memory as particularly good or bad. If you choose to not go with the buffet, I do believe they have a pretty massive menu available for lunch. While this does not sound like a ringing endorsement, it's a decent place for lunch if you are in the area.

Thanks, Tony. I'm not sure if my friend likes Indian food, so a buffet tends to be a good way to try a little of a lot of possibilities if you're not sure. We'll probably give it a try.
