Katsu- what to get?

I'm going on a 'money no object' sort of dinner to Katsu and just curious on what I should get, looking primarily towards sashimi, nigiri, etc. I know they have great fish overall but anything in particular that i shouldn't miss and/or anything that is unique which I can't find at other places. Anything not on the menu that i should request or ask about? Thanks

As with any sushi bar worth it's salt, the best experience is had by sitting yourself at the sushi bar and putting yourself in the chef's hands.

See this meal. We asked Katsu to prepare a meal for us and put ourselves in his hands; we were not let down.
